| *Pricing is adjustable depending on services requested in comparison to the square footage of your home. If you have enormous amounts of space but aren't reuesting the entire space be cleaned, then clearly I am not going to charge the higher amount. It's always best to get a free assessment so you don't miss out on an excellent service for a reasonable price! | |
| Deep cleaning service | $75 per hour (one-time service or every few months) **average time is 2-3 extra hours in addition to standard services** |
| Move-in / Move-out Services | $250-$450 (depending on size and condition) |
| Additional bedroom services, ie: laundry, bedding change, organizing | $25-$50 per room, depending on scope of work requested. |

| Commercial Cleaning | Price |

| 2. Vacuuming and mopping all floors | |
| 3. Emptying and sanitizing trash bins | |

| 5. Kitchenette or breakroom cleaning (including appliances and counters) | |
| 6. Spot-cleaning glass and mirrors | |
| 7. Sanitizing high-touch areas (light switches, door knobs, etc.) | |
